- Rewards4Rugby was launched in late 2016 with European champions Saracens being our first partner club. The programme is also set for significant growth in 2018 as more clubs and rugby fans join.

- Rewards4RugbyLeague is our newest programme launching in December 2017. Dedicated to fans of rugby league, we have initially partnered with the RFL to deliver fantastic rewards and benefits to fans of the Super League and England.  However, watch this space as more professional rugby league clubs (and their fans) join the programme in 2018 and beyond.

The Position:

Rewards4, based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Relationship Manager (specialising in betting marketing and relationship management) to join our fantastic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has extensive experience in using their marketing skills to maintain and maximise excellent client / partner relationships. 

The role will also require the successful candidate to have a firm strategic understanding and working knowledge of developing digital marketing campaigns that will engage our members to interact with our betting partners.

Please note this is not a business development role.

Your primary role and responsibilities will be:

Relationship Management:
- Managing and delivering the relationship with Rewards4’s exclusive betting and gaming partners across our programmes (Rewards4Racing, Rewards4Golf, Rewards4Cricket, Rewards4Rugby and Rewards4Football) and providing outstanding account management for our exclusive betting and gaming partners.
- Being the principal weekly point of contact for our exclusive betting and gaming partners including with their marketing, affiliate, data insight and reporting departments.
- Working internally with the Rewards4 customer insight team to deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports in relation to members’ betting and gaming activity and commissions as well as the results and feedback on member behaviour from surveys and other data collection tools for our exclusive betting and gaming partners as well as for the management team and directors.
- Working with the Directors (and other consultants) to assist in the project management of additional gaming products for Rewards4 members (including the Legends of Racing slot game).

Marketing:
- Helping devise and implement our strategy to drive member acquisition for our exclusive betting and gaming partners.
- Helping devise and implement our strategy to drive member retention and reactivation for our exclusive betting and gaming partners (as well as continued betting and gaming with those partners)
- Deliver effective engagement and communication campaigns via email, social and other digital marketing channels.
- Assisting with the selection of customer segments and devising and delivering campaigns to target relevant member groups to drive maximum revenue from betting and gaming commissions generated by Rewards4 members.
- To drive engagement among the existing Rewards4 member databases by improving customer communication (marketing collateral, existing campaigns, cross / up sell) across email, social and other digital marketing channels.
- Manage and deliver website messaging and content in relation to betting and gaming and ensure all online communication content is fresh and relevant at all times.
- Understanding and helping to develop the Rewards4 membership, platform and KPI’s to assist with the strategic plans that will deliver P&L targets in relation to the betting and gaming side of our business.
- Manage projects by prioritising work, working with others and working to timelines. Skills, Qualities and Experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience in delivering CRM marketing campaigns and working with a customer insight team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has extensive experience in planning and delivering CRM strategies encouraging customer retention, activation and loyalty, as well as possessing a passion for results in a loyalty and sports marketing world. 

The successful candidate will be involved in producing engaging email customer journeys while working alongside the Head of Marketing and Data & Insight team, developing and managing a CRM strategy that supports the organisational goals to increase the number and value of active members.

The role requires an experienced marketer ready to create new customer journeys and enhance existing journeys while enhancing the overall customer experience within the Rewards4 brands. The role will report directly into the Head of Marketing and will be required to work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team and key stakeholders across the business.

Your primary role and responsibilities will be:

CRM:
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention, activation and customer loyalty while increasing the value of active members.
- Working alongside the data and insight team to manage the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its services.

- Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
- Experience in using customer and behavioural data for segmenting data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Proven Line Manager/Team management experience preferred

The Position
R4G Ltd based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, has an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our fantastic team. As a mid-weight Designer within R4G Ltd, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize and explore your digital skills throughout all of our programmes.

With excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver), this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a fantastic working environment with a great team ethos.

Your primary role and responsibilities are:
- Working on developing and executing design work across all digital and print marketing collateral.
- Take ownership of creating and producing fit for purpose ideas and designs for both digital and print projects.
- Develop and produce a variety of programme specific design work for email templates, advertising banners, landing pages and website design.
- Manage your schedule to ensure that all agreed deadlines are met.
- Support on the generation of ideas within the Creative Department and the wider Marketing team.
- Assist with the development of creative concepts.
- To be aware of our brand values and guidelines and to consistently ensure that work produced is in line with and champion those values 
- Stay up-to-date with changing design developments in the creative industry.

Skills, Qualities & Experience
- Proven experience of working as a mid-weight graphic designer.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, in a graphic design related course.
- Highly creative, innovative with excellent technical skills.
- The ability to work at pace on multiple projects, staying organised at all times.
- Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of your own work.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to present visually appealing work confidently.
- Well skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (CC) including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- A strong working knowledge of HTML.
- Pro-active about learning additional design related software and practices.
- Good knowledge of digital processes and the submission of print advertising.
- Takes great interest in the user experience and user journey.
- An excellent team player, however has the ability to work on own initiative.
- An interest in sport is highly beneficial in order to visually translate our campaigns to the end user.

The Position

R4G Ltd based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations / Project executive to join our fantastic team.  As an Operations and Project Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our Operations Manager to deliver various operational projects from large scale projects for the introduction of new programmes to that of ensuring that internal functionalities and processes are maintained. As this role offers a huge depth of variety and one which supports a variety of functions throughout the business it is crucial that the successful candidate possesses exceptional organisational skills, along with a sharp eye for detail.

Your primary role and responsibilities are:

- Supporting the Operations Manager to ensure all external and internal data processes are GDPR compliant

- Supporting the Operations Manager to ensure new internal and external projects, features, tools and / or functionalities are scoped and delivered successfully

- Identify internal and external data risks within agreed timeframes.

- Ensure business risks are being tracked and resolved

- Working directly with new partners or clubs to launch them onto the Rewards4 programmes

- Supporting the Operations Manager for launching new business programmes

- Responsible for managing and delivering business projects including providing status updates, in order to achieve project deadlines as well as stakeholder / senior management confidence

- Identifying and putting in place internal / external business process improvements

- Ensure that relevant department documentation is maintained and updated.

- To support our Operations Manager in managing our key integration partners to improve functionalities and deliver better results for the business.
